Not always. Many projects can be completed without the client being present, provided we have the necessary property access and project details. If your presence is recommended or required, we'll discuss that with you before the scheduled flight.

How can I become an ADMI pilot?

At this time, ADMI works with independent contractor pilots rather than full-time employees. We're always interested in connecting with experienced FAA Part 107 certified pilots as we continue to expand into new markets.

ADMI pilots are compensated on a per-project basis. Rates are determined by factors such as project scope, location, travel requirements, flight complexity, and deliverables. Compensation is communicated before each assignment, allowing pilots to decide whether to accept the opportunity.
